Brian Y. Bernard

Brian Y. Bernard is a Texas Trial Attorney. Being a Trial attorney is what Mr. Bernard dreamed of doing as a child and is what motivaterd him while studying Law at Georgtown University Law Center.

Mr. Bernard is at home in a courtroom.  He has had well over a hundred of trials and family law hearings. His trial experience includes Felony criminal cases, CPS jury trials, Contested custody cases, DWI jury trials, Mental Health Competency Hearings, Contested Probate cases, and he has even argued before the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans, Louissiana. 

Prior to beginning his firm in 1997 he served as an intern with the Washington D.C. Public Defenders Office and the Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. Brian is licensed to practice in Texas and before both the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Western District of Texas.Brian has tried both civil and criminal jury trials as well as numerous felony and misdemeanor jury trials in Travis, Williamson, Hays, and Bastrop counties.
